We are actively seeking the services of a self-motivated Assistant Manager.
This is a long-term permanent position with excellent prospects to
progress to the Restaurant Manager’s position in the medium term.
As the Overlanders Steakhouse is open every night from 6.00pm, the position requires a well presented person with natural communication skills and great customer relations.
The successful applicant will be directly responsible to both the General Manager and the Owner of the Overlanders Steakhouse.
Duties will include comprehensive customer service duties, staff training initiatives with direct support to the Restaurant Manager.
The successful applicant will also provide coordinated marketing assistance and support to the Overlanders Steakhouse Marketing Strategy.
Experience within the Hospitality Industry is distinctly advantageous and only those with both integrity and a positive work ethic will be considered.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Qualifications are also a pre-requisite.
Naturally, an exciting and comprehensive remuneration package will be offered after a pre-agreed assessment period.
